Communication was prompt before sales. Delivery was fast. But things went south upon receiving item. There was a bad stench on the bracelet that was not mentioned by seller in description or during our conversation. Cleansed bracelet but stench remained. Told seller but his response was slow, unfriendly and unhelpful. Compromised to resolve issue as lazy to go back and forth with seller who basically has nil after sales service.
