  Seller accidentally sent the wrong item, which I sent a photo to confirm they accidentally sent the wrong series iPhone headphones. Contacted the seller and they responded in same day and sent out the correct product within a couple of days. This is vacation season so I was very fortunate they weren’t away and could send me the item I ordered. They also sent a little extra gift, which was really great customer service. The headphone quality is true to Apple iPhone. The condition is brand new!
