  Seller communicated well Packaged the item in an old blender box that was obviously too small and old to be used to ship. Item looked way more damaged than the pictures. Barely any bubble wrap or package filler was used, literally one flat piece of bubble wrap at the bottom so the controllers scratched and damaged the console further. Box arrived partially open since it was so old and too small, and the console itself was cracked. Got a refund but wasted my time and for what?

  It's unfortunate the console arrived damaged but to claim I only used a bit of bubble wrap is ridiculous. I wrapped the console just as I have wrapped the previous 300 consoles i have sold. This was gross mishandling by the shipping company. Upon hearing about the issue I immediately apoligized, accepted the return, paid for the return label, and refunded the same day I received it. As soon as I refunded I was hit with this negative.
