I messaged the seller and we agreed for a replacement. Seller paid shipping for the exchange. The replacement was in even better condition. Screen, battery, all parts working well, laptop was clean and this one did not have any issues with locks. Great value overall and pleasure to do business with.

  Me llego un buen producto, lo unico que no me gusto fue que el vendedor tardo mucho en dar respuesta, espero que la proxima vez su respuesta sea un poco mas rapida. Luego de eso el producto llego bien embalado y con todo lo que mencionaba en la publicacion de este.
