    The shipping package was was packed and the laptop was well protected, shipping was quick and tracking was available. The laptop is in better condition then described all minor scratches were noted but were really not that bad well described in the ad. Laptop is working well, had a BIOS password set but seller was quick to respond with the password to then clear it and reset the security of the system. Great seller to work with quick to respond and professional. Would shop with seller again.

    Cannot rate above – this is why: I purchased this Unit on a Sunday and got confirmation of processing and shipping the very next day. UPS’ ETA: 7 days. To my surprise, the item was delivered on Wednesday – 24h after purchase. Issue: Unit was defective. I contacted the seller and received a reply 4 hours later. After exchanging details, the item was 100% refunded by the seller the following day. Will I consider purchasing from them again … you bet!

    The machine shipped promptly and arrived well-packed and in great condition, as described! I didn't realize there would be no charger, but that was my fault for not reading the listing closely enough, the seller did indicate that, and for the price I can hardly complain.     well packaged, arrived quickly, the title had the wrong CPU listed, but I already knew it before purchasing the laptop as I looked up the model, also the included charger wire is chewed up and it wasn't mentioned in the description, but for the price I paid it really doesn't bother me, pretty happy with the purchase overall, thanks!!
