  Forgot about my order. After 2 weeks I contacted them and they "sent it." When it showed up it was the cheaper model and not what I ordered. There were not any messages about when it was shipped or tracking. I was offered an amount that equaled the cheaper model, but it wasn't what I ordered. They did give me a refund once I returned it, but I still do not have what I wanted.

  Terrible seller. Item not shipped until 9 days later? The posting indicates I would have had it by now. These kinds of deceptive processes are unacceptable. Attempted to cancel, but was ignored, and then it was shipped.
