Sadly I did have to contact the seller rather than the seller providing an unsolicited explanation of events. However the seller did respond quickly to my emails as UPS also dropped the ball taking 6 working days - when I'd paid for express delivery - not the best eBay experience I've had.

The only disappoinging thing was that the unit was shipped without a power cord.
