  Positive review of seller. I purchased the Osprey 26+6 backpack. The Osprey company incorrectly placed a 44 liter backpack in a sealed plastic bag identified as 26+6 liter backpack. Item was appropriately resold as new and in original packaging via eBay by this seller. I notified seller. Seller apologized for honest mistake and immediately sent return label for USPS. Seller communicates well and is honest. Would not hesitate buying from this seller.

  Item as described. Arrived quickly. Just a note, the bottle of oil included in the box had a cracked top. The oil spilled into the baggie it was enclosed in and then out of the baggie onto the bottom of the box. The outer box had a large oil stain across a side. The bottle couldn't be saved and there was very little oil left in it. I will be buying a bottle of honing oil from Amazon. Thank you.

  Batteries condition was described correctly. Shipping was OK (Li-Ion batteries must come by Ground). Transaction completed as represented. Packaging was adequate, but could have been improved upon a bit. (Batteries can get cracked easily in transit. This one didn't, but the way it was packed if it had received rough treatment from USPS it might have been.) But it made it, so no complaints really. The initial handling was as promised, but on the slow side, be prepared for that.

  Item came quickly. Upon arrival I noticed an accessory was missing in the package. I reached out to seller and they immediately replied.
