  This is the second machine I’ve received from this company. The first one remained stuck in max mode, but I was able to return it after reaching out. I was excited when the replacement arrived and opened it right away, only to find it wasn’t properly ready for use. I contacted the seller again, and they kindly issued a refund and advised me to keep the machine as a courtesy for the inconvenience.   Came in very good condition, seems to have been cleaned as there was no dust on the card. However, the packaging was not ESD safe (styrofoam and plastic wrap) this could lead to damages if not handled properly.
