The seller appeared genuinely concerned and immediately offered replace the item if she could. Unfortunately, a replacement could not be found and a credit was issued. So, disappointed that the item was damaged, but, grateful for this sellers assistance and concern.

I do however wish that the photo would have better represented what I actually got, which falls more on the original company than the seller of the item. My advice to the seller would be to take your own pictures of the item and not use the pictures from the original company that way buyers can see what their really getting in terms of details, craftsmanship, and quality.

The Frame is in immaculate condition. Enjoyed working with this Seller. I couldn't ask for a better quality frame for a very special picture. I think the prices she has on things are just right.
