    The item arrived DAMAGED upon receipt I reported it and they did not even respond until after 3 separate complaints then he only wanted to refund me $30 for a useless item I told him no I want a full refund not a replacement and he has stopped responding totally. I now have contacted eBay to get them involved in this totally irresponsible seller

    Fast shipment-in Dallas in only 3 business days. The packing box fits the machine like a glove. The machine will not work well if one doesn’t keep the packing foam. Note my pictures below. Once I retrieved the foam, the machine heated up perfectly and quickly. There are even holes drilled into the packing foam for adding water.
