  Receive package promptly, but was obviously had been repackaged. The original packaging was a soft large envelope that was ripped up, and then put into a box that was also in poor shape when received. The product was (fortunately) surprisingly in good shape, and in working order, and as describe. Thank you.

  The product was shipped with lots of padding and was protected very well. It is a part that is over 30 years old & the machine is unusable without it. This seller went above & beyond in shipping this item by priority mail so I could finish a project in time for my son’s birthday. Excellent communication and customer service.
