    The item was exactly as described and pictured when it arrived. Shipping was very fast and the part was well packed and protected from damage. It ultimately didn't end up fitting my vehicle, probably because of some modifications at some point, but the seller was quick to respond to my questions and offered me a refund without even having to ask. They helped me through the return process too. I'd definitely recommend this seller and will look to them for future purchases.

    Do NOT TRUST this guy. Ordered tail light for my 2010 BMW328i wagon. Part DID NOT FIT. was not part for my car. It was clearly shown to be the right part on the website . I returned the part in the original box and packaging. Seller did not refund me the full amount. He deducted shipping both ways. I should not have had to pay any shipping according to the EBAY guarantee. I complained to EBay, was told that there was nothing they could do as I hadn't stated the issue correctly. Rip off!

    Item arrived quickly and was packaged well. The biggest issue was that a lot of the manual pages were stuck together from some kind of sticky liquid that had dried up and the pages had to be individually ripped apart to be able to use any of the manuals. This wasn t shown in the pictures. Seller was responsive and took care of it. Thanks!
