  Received the tach and installed it. It only worked for 2 days then stopped working. Contacted seller and they requested a video showing what the problem was. Then they offered me a partial refund of $4, I said no, then they offered $8, I said no. Then they offered me $12. I said no. Then they offered me a full refund if I returned the tachometer back to them and I pay the shipping. I ended up accepting the $12 and did not need to return the defective tachometer.

  Seller did not send a complete item. I received the canister with a short hose but no coupler to attach them to my auto A/C. With ebay's help I initiated a return. Seller contacted me offering a 4 USD refund and I keep the item. I explained to the seller that all I really wanted was the coupler. The seller came back with an offer of 8 USD refund and I keep the item, I asked the seller to just send the coupler and that it would cost me 18 USD to buy it locally. Settled on 15 USD. -$3.
