    When I bought these headphones the seller reached out immediately to let me know if there were any issues to contact them. Unfortunately, my headphones started to act poorly on the 3rd and 4th use but the seller was quick to offer a replacement or refund - within a day a new set was sent out and a label was given to send back the original set. Refurbished items are always tricky and I am more than happy with the response by this seller. Would recommend 100%, great communication and service
