Print finally reached me. It was NOT the 14" vertical size I had custom ordered, it was only 8" vertical. Seller never admitted problem and chose not to send me the correct size. Seller instead sent me a refund, which was his choice - BUT included the following message: "Just sent you a refund. Unlike you, most of us regular people make mistakes sometimes, unintentionally. Have a great day! :-)" The snark was completely unwarranted. Totally unprofessional.
