I had to wait for the return label, wait for the item to be recieved by a third party because the seller is dropshipping, then had to wait for my refund to process, all before having to do a whole new order rather than an exchange. Meanwhile, I was without a trash can all that time. Fortunately the second one only came with a very small defect that was not noticeable enough to go through the whole process again.
