Exterior good condition, interior poor. Lining worn and torn, not shown or mentioned in listing. Seller offered refund if I paid shipping both ways, which would have been $20+ that I would have to pay, because of their error. That was the only option offered and didn't work for me. As a seller, when the error is mine, I take responsibility and try to work with my buyers. Not happy with how this was handled. ~ I've added photos of the damage which really can not be repaired.

The buyer could have easily returned item if they said not as described. The last I heard from this buyer was they were working on solving the issue. We never heard back. Not sure how to handle an issue when we no longer think there is one.....
