    Very quick shipping and the item looked like new. Could not be happier about the transaction. The UPS is fine but subtracting a star for the very poor vendor software. I had a good laugh about it and then proceeded to install NUT on the Linux box it protects. If you want decent vendor supplied monitoring software, stay away from Vertiv. But the hardware is excellent!
