Two violin chinrests packed in a thin plastic bag only. One arrived completely broken in half. The seller offered ma a 20% refund. Absolutely insulting. 1/2 the order is totally useless and they offer onoly 20% refund when they couldn't even be botered to pack their product properly to protect it.
