    Seller did not reply until negative feed back was left. at first helpful, Then in in a way i took as threatening to change my feedback. Seller then instructed me to take item apart and change it which left control with loose parts. Seller had auctions for left or right not one for universal. no instructions came with controls. seller did not combine shipping for two small parts in one box I am left with a negative experience and a damaged item
