Item is poor quality, the finish is lacking and the wheels showed up with several spokes swinging free and the nipples in the bottom of the box. Would have returned the item, but due to request for return shipping and restock fee on top of being overcharged for original shipping apparently, as the return shipping is only $23, I would only receive half of my money back upon return .Not happy with the item but it seems as though I'm stuck with them anyway. Seller unresponsive to negative feedback.
