85mm RGB Halo. Received defective item, painfully difficult communication, Tested with controller, with and without driver, with and without wiring. 4 days after accepting my return, I still haven't received a return label, an offer for an exchange or replacement. This is after multiple requests. I had to upgrade my return to a case and enlist eBays assistance. I do not recommend doing business with this vendor from any of their various names, unless you enjoy wasting time and money.

you are a seller you should know how to do! and this is your second purchase our halo.When you test the halo red wire did not connect to the connecting copper wire, and you connect to the insulation paste （in your picture can clear see it,and we also sent clear picture to you）.This is a basic common sense. if here can show the picture we can show it . but you had never show me the wire correct connect picture.

After leaving negative feedback, I got a response! In addition to the gobbledygook reply here, I was sent a message with demands from the seller. They stated that if I rescinded my feedback and cancelled my return, they would either send me a return label (which they already are required to do), or they would send me a replacement (which they have to do or send a refund). This is the very definition of feedback extortion. And yes, this is my second set, because one side failed in 4 months.
