Lacks customer service. Package delivery issues with UPS. Left seller 3 messages, never acknowledged communication once. A simple thank you or sorry would have sufficed. As the buyer, I had to do all claim info without any package data, UPS own website recommends seller/shipper initiate claims. Also (my) buyers phone number is dox'd on shipping label.
