A reply to you was made almost immediately confirming that correct item will be shipped. August 7th, correct item was shipped and you were provided the tracking number. We are not sure why you have mentioned in your feedback it was never sent when in fact the record shows correct item was sent almost immediately. Again we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
