I bought item which condition wasn't as described. It was suppose to be new with good condition, but it was badly damaged. Package was in good condition which means the seller send me a damaged item. Although there was a small problem with the delivery, this is why i have gave only 3*** Contact with the Firm i will give 5***** and i must also say the comunication for the second delivery date i will also give 5*****. I am not to sure where the small problem was and the long delivery date? But in the end who cares, the most important part of any service is comunication, that was of course out standing. am willing to purchase further items from this firm. Thanks for your service.

Als das Gerät angekommen ist, viel mir sofort auf das da weder Speicherkarte noch Spiele dabei waren.
Zu meinem Pech kam noch dazu, das die Schultertasten auf der Rückseite des Geräts auch noch kaputt sind!
Der Verkäufer bekam eine Email mit den Mengeln.
Die Antwort kamen jedes mal ca. 24 Std später und alles sei so in Ordnung. Lange Rede kurzer Sinn, am Ende gab es eine lange Email-Debatte und er bot mir 50% Rabatt an!

Habe das 8-Teile Set bestellt und bezahlt. Es kam aber nur ein Teil mit der Sendung an. Beim kontaktieren des Verkäufers wird dann auch nur das einteilige angezeigt. Ich habe auch den Verkäufer mehrfach kontaktiert und 2 bzw 4 Euro angeboten bekommen. Ich habe aber 12,96€ bezahlt. Laut Status ist die Lieferung nicht abgeschlossen. Es lag aber schon vor einer Woche im Briefkasten.

I'm very sorry that our communication went so badly, thank God the package showed up, a neighbor had it, but unfortunately this neighbor was on vacation. Now the neighbor is back again, this neighbor handed me my package. I'm really, really sorry, but that's the end of the issue.
