    I asked the seller if I could pay for extra cold packs because I live in a HOT area. He never replied. So I bought one hoping for a cool arrival. The seller did Not even put a cold pack in the package. Everybody that knows about the properties of Royal Jelly KNOWS you must kept it refrigerated. Cool when shipping. I don't even know if this seller keeps it cool before shipping. It looks like more people are so inept or greedy that they won't do proper care of sensitive items anymore...
