    Good eBay card seller; put item in the mail very quickly but which was retunred for 50 cents postage due -- delaying delivery to 27 days (!!!) after purchase date.

    Apologies this happen to you, I can provide the 50 cents. But I found this to be a post office issue where they do not recognize the cheaper shipping cost with eBay standard and try to charge the postage and a non-standard rate. I usually try to add an extra ounce and pay extra to avoid this. The post office really needs to do a better job understanding their own postage discounts with eBay. Usually happens in smaller towns.
