    This heavy beast of an amp got here so fast...like warp speed. Packed so well, you could have flown over the house and dropped it, and it would have un-packed with not a scratch, dent, or ding.     Although the laptop came securely packaged, the seller did not list the specs of the laptop correctly. It was advertised as having 16GB of ram but only had 8GB. I checked this in the bios screen and also opened up the laptop to verify that it only had the onboard 8GB. Also, the seller did not indicate in the listing that the AC adapter was not going to be included with the sale. I contacted the seller a week ago and did not receive any response.

    Shipped fast, shiping cost was a bit high but probably worth it as it was packed very well and sent with a signature required so it doesn't get left on a porch and stolen. So I would recommend this seller A+!!!
