I had an issue with the size of the item and explained the issue of their sizing chart and was given a partial refund and was told to keep the item. The item appeared to be very well made with quality stitching. Their follow up is excellent and the person I spoke genuinely cared. I hope to do more business with them when the time arises.

  The item was as described, but the shipping was not. The tracking initially said it would be here in a few days, but it never showed up. When I complained that I did not received it by the promised date (and opened a case), magically new shipping information appeared. Apparently they never actually shipped it the first time, and only shipped after I complained that I had not received it by the original date. I advise you to stay away from this seller.
