Royal Mail has made this transaction impossible. A Reg letter from Italy, went into Customs in Heathrow and then into the mail system after 5 days. 15 days later it is shown as leaving Italy again?? That was 26/10 for a £25 item that left Italy 6/10. No arrival yet. Filatelia De Simoni has been excellent, communication perfect, understanding of the problems perfect. eBay behind the scenes has helped as well. You understand the full breadth of the services they provide to sellers and buyers
