I immediately contacted the seller, they argued they sent the correct filters. So, I went to their store and sent links to the model they sent me showing it was incorrect. They still wanted to give only a partial refund. After complaining to Ebay directly, I got a full refund. Would not recommend!!!!!

Part number in title SS96RO is the part number for a 96 pack of sanitizer packets though the title states 24pk. I recieved only 7 packets inside a SS24RO (24pk) box. Asked seller to send me correct amount of packets but they only replied with "the part numbers correspond to the amount of packets." Will be returning and ordering elsewhere for a couple dollars more from an honest seller.
