    Yodel needed a prod to get my package to me several days late. Other than that no issues and the seller was on it like a car bonnet when I raised the issue. Great response time and communication and that’s more important to me than the parcel being a wee bit late. Goods are as described, well priced and well packaged. All’s well that ends well.

    The dress arrived on Friday 11 April and it is perfect. It is just as shown and perfect for my needs and I'm delighted with it. Dealing with the seller was professional and courteous and it was a great price and sent with care. Yodell took longer to deliver than hoped, but even that wasn't a problem.     Dress was as described. However only let down was the delivery by Yodel. Postage had arrived but unfortunately was just plonked on the doorstep. Package was in full view, not hidden behind a bin, no doorbell was rung even though I was in and put a note on the door to state ring the bell and could have easily been taken. I did complain to Yodel directly but would urge the seller not to use this company again for their non existent useless Customer Service!
