  The merchandise arrived fitting the description, despite box being damaged in shipping, the internal bubble-wrap protected the item from harm. Seller was very responsive when I relayed concerns about the shipping damage, fortunately, the contents were OK. This experience indicates how just throwing something in a box often isn't enough, in this case, it wouldn't have been! It was well packed and survived intact despite shipper damage.

  Some of the RAM came dead, I messaged their support and within about an hour, they offered to send replacement sticks (free of charge), I think this shows they care about their reputation and for this, I am glad I bought from these guys and expect to be buying more RAM from them soon for my other servers. Extremely positive experience and I wont just be willing to recommend them but in fact already have to my colleagues and a few of my pals.
