  USPS did NOT deliver the package on time. The buyer went out of her way to visit the post office where it was sent from to track it down. The seller refunded me the fees immediately at my request when USPS could not find the item. The item was received a week later and I repaid the seller as we decided to keep the item. Seller has great communication skills and did all she could to resolve the matter.
