    I ordered this item and it arrived quickly but unfortunately it was damaged, I sent a message with a picture of said item, and they sent a new one out straight away, no fuss. The next one was double wrapped and in pristine condition, it is stunning and I love the gold reflection of it. I'd use this company without hesitation

    There was a problem with the first delivery. Not, I believe a fault of the supplier but quite possibly transit damage - hard to say when. I immediately contacted the seller who quickly sent a replacement item without any problem. OK, I had to wait a further few days but such good service is hard to find and should be cherished. The lamp is now installed and looks great.

    As pictured. Pleased with the lamp overall, it looks good, is a good height and it gives off a good light, shame there aren't matching side lamps to go with it. The only gripe was that according to the order it was due 2 days after ordering, however ithere was no tracking information. When i contacted the seller i found it hadn't even been despatched. It was despatched a week after the initial order. I'd have been happy to wait had i been informed of the delayed despatch date on ordering.

    A very co-operative seller. Unfortunately one of the lamps was received damaged (not the fault of the seller or Evri, it was already damaged when it was packed at the factory). Within 24 hours the seller had organised a replacement which I have now received. Great service, great product, I would recommend this seller
