  I went to two different countries for the month, and it works really well. I see some previous reviews that it does not work while in the country they were visiting. You just have to make sure your phone setting has roaming turned on. It will not work if this setting is off. The seller explained everything in the detail section before purchase. I just emailed them my date that I want my sim to activate and they replied within 1 day.

  The seller was very responsive to handle USPS delivery failure for the initial purchase of the SIM card. To ensure we have a SIM card before we leave for Greece, the seller instructed me to place this additional order and they shipped the SIM card out on the same day. After USPS redelivered the 1st SIM card, the seller paid for return shipment of this SIM card and provided full refund as soon as they received the returned package. It was a great pleasure to do business with them.

  Be sure to contact the customer services well ahead of the time and let them know your arrival date because they reply slowly ( in my case 3 days) to reply. But the internet works well and fast. An advice for the seller is that after the item is shipped, you can tell the customer what is the 3 pieces of necessary info that you need to activate, this will save us a lot of time because of the time zone difference. Simply writing “contact the roaming company with your bar code” is not enough.

  Used 5 minutes on first day of travel, supposedly 10GB data is NOT working after that. Received message that cash credit balance is low. Had to search and buy local SIM card in Belgium. Seller slow responded, 2 days after message. I do NOT recommend to buy from this seller.
