    Arrived quickly but my order was incomplete. After delivery I saw that the order was update with a partial refund. I wish you had told me sooner, so I could obtain the Ukraine flags elsewhere in time for an event this weekend. Now I have to start over with a new seller. Quality of the items I did receive was good. I imagine order volume is high, but I would have appreciated an email.
