    Vendor is superb - great communication and very understanding. I purchased the item but...when I read the description (thank you for including the details), this was the wired version which will not work for my HVAC system. I communicated directly - he had no issues with cancelling the order and refunding immediately. When I have the need, I will buy from JAC1812 again.
