Pague el pedido, me informaron que el pedido llegaba el 1 de febrero, luego me contacta la empresa transportadora y me dice que tengo debo enviar un formato explicando que el producto que he comprado es acto para el consumo humano, y que y los detalles de la presentación, como si yo fuese la vendedora, luego me informaron que debo pagar €50 por aduana, con lo que no estoy de acuerdo, y en Ebay no logro comunicarme con el vendedor, no me contesta, no sé si el pedido llegará o no.

The buyer refuses to cooperate with the Local Authority and Local DHL Express for product declaration even though the Duty fee has already been paid. The buyer also refuses to collect the package. The seller bears the shipping cost wichis the cost almost the same fully refund already given.
