  This was my first time ordering a guitar from overseas. Overall very happy with the seller and the way it was packed but not happy that I got no notice from fedex or the seller about the form I would need to release the order from customs. It was held in customs for a week because of this. Now the guitar did come just a day late but I had to pick up the order and went back and forth with fedex all day because I missed the delivery due to miscommunication from fedex. Overall fedex sucks.

  Product arrived quickly and was new as described. Seller had great communication. Really appreciated the extra packaging to ensure a safe shipment. I bought the same product from other sellers who were competetively priced, but that did not add the extra packaging. I'd definitely go to this seller first in the future.

  Shipping was very quick, communication from the seller was proactive, and the stand was packed well and as described. Import taxes & duties to Canada are always a wild card, but in this case they were reasonable. Still saved a good 30% over local retail. I would be happy to buy from this seller again.
