  Good value for a new Spektrum receiver although did not realise it would come from China so took over a week to arrive - not so bad. On arrival however, 2 output pins were slightly bent. This was due to lack of protection in package. I bent back ok, but packaging should have been more protective.

  Bought this item and it arrived broken. Contacted the seller and they offered me 20% refund if I could fix it. The broken part was not in the box, so I could not fix it if I wanted to. As a seller myself I believe in keeping the customer happy, and when sell something that gets broken then I replace it, not barter. I said no, i want a full refund. Seller claimed their business was too small to give a a full refund. The item is no good and going in the rubbish. Very poor service

  Fast postage but sadly the speakers were packaged together without separation and magnets attract and destroy the cone of one of them. Seller refunded very quickly and positive feedback is about how the sale is handled so thank you flower1to3
