The golf club is sent separately and is in a baggie stapled to the copy of the order as indicated in the auction. You just need to put the golf club in the hole in the hands of the golfer. Golf clubs are fragile and sent separately to prevent damage. Customer indicates that he accidentally threw the golf club away and we are sending a replacement golf club for him. The item was not broken.
