The wrong sound machine was delivered (albeit a higher quality) but the service from the store was quick, polite and professional. I was offered an exchange which I declined and kept the item with a partial refund for the inconvenience. Excellent customer service and would highly recommend the machine as it really helps with creating a calming environment
