    Items was due 5 days ago but only arrived today. I contacted the seller to ask of it's whereabouts but this wasn't replied to. As I needed this item I bought the same type for the same price from Amazon which arrived ahead of this item. Won't use this seller again on basis of poor delivery time and lack of communication.

    I'm sure you understand that we don't physically bring the order to you and some delays are outside of our control. We can send your order on the same day but it is your local postal service which needs to perform to get the order to you quickly. We didn't receive a message from you and we normally reply within a few hours if messages are received during working hours.
