Honestly so much more accommodating than I could have hoped. I had questions, they had answers. I wanted something they no longer listed and they found some old stock for me. The quality of the helmets and backpacks is very impressive. The condition was perfect packageded very well and safe. Great value, they will give my Alpha Legion a distinct appearance. Also at no extra cost I received 2 sizes of backpack,this was confirmed through friendly emails after purchase.
