Seller shipped very quickly. Item came packaged with care. The plush came with no smell which is great. I had one issue with there being a flaw not clearly pictured or stated within the description. I made the seller aware and they issued a partial refund, which was very kind. That wasn’t my intention of bringing up the flaw but I commend them for it. They were very kind when we communicated. Overall the experience with this seller is good. I recommend to buy from them.
