    I ORDERED 36 OF THESE AS THEY ARE HARD TO FIND. WAS CHARGED $63 AND CHANGE FOR SHIPPING AND WHEN IT ARRIVED, THE PACKAGING WAS SO MANGLED THAT ONE OF THE BOTTLES HAD BEEN RUPTURED AND HAD LEAKED OUT ALL OVER THE INSIDE OF THE BOX AND THE REST OF THE PRODUCT. THE BOX WAS SO WET IT WAS BARELY HOLDING TOGETHER. THIS WAS PACKAGED VERY, VERY POORLY! REACHED OUT BEFORE POSTING FEEDBACK TO REQUEST PARTIAL REFUND ON SHIPPING WITH OPPORTUNITY FOR EXPLANATION. NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER!

    buyer wanted 31.00 discount on the shipping. I charged EXACT UPS clculated rate. I offered a refund to cover the broken bottle.
