I ordered an Adjustable Wrench Spanner with Hex Fitment in its Twist Knob. Received an inferior version with no Hex Fitment. On contacting seller I was informed: ‘Item ordered was out of stock [see 1st pic], so the 1 received was sent instead.’ Seller then offered a partial refund – without naming amount. eBay price diff. between item ordered & 1 received: £1.39. 1wk on, still awaiting refund. BEWARE seller!
