However, the seller was very honest of the situation and, immediately, issued a refund. I do believe it's not the seller's fault that Ebay refused to ship the product. I hope Ebay, one day, should be precise with the shipment/address because I don't live in the west. Ebay must understand how consumerism works here. Anyway, kudos to the seller for his communication.
